Enhancing active reconfigurable intelligent surface

چکیده
A Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) panel comprises many independent Reflective Elements (REs). One possible way to implement an RIS is use a binary passive load impedance connected antenna element achieve the modulation of reflected radio waves. Each RE reflects incoming waves (incident signal) by using on/off between two loads and adjusting its phase Phase Shifter (PS). However, this process reduces amplitude output signal less than unity. Therefore, recent works have employed Reflection Amplifiers (RAs) compensate for losses incurred during process. these systems only improve reflection coefficient single state, resulting in suboptimal efficacy. Thus, paper proposes strategy optimising continuously activating RA regardless switching state. The performance proposed scheme evaluated scenarios: (1) In first scenario (Sc1), operates high-impedance loads, (2) second (Sc2), runs loads. To benchmark Sc1 Sc2, various metrics are compared, including signal-to-noise ratio, insertion loss, noise figure, communication range, power-added efficiency. Numerical examples provided demonstrate effectiveness scheme. It found that system Sc2 leads better overall compared due increased gain reflection.

Simulation relates function to structure. Researching intelligence by simulating it to get to intelligent simulation demands the study of essential abstract structures: the human mind, the different types of hierarchies, and the simulation as relation between static and dynamic structures. Intelligence and Faith, as any other dichotomies, can converge together to integration, or can destroy eac...
متن کاملPolarization Reconfigurable Active Antenna
Active antennas (AAs) are a class of radiation system that integrates an antenna and backing active circuits which results in considerable reduction in complexity of the matching networks and filters [1]. This is done by carefully designing the radiating element to provide proper load for active elements. Hummer and Chang have investigated active antenna elements using a microstrip patch antenn...

Programs for contemporary industrial control systems are designed using Object Oriented methods and software agents. It is required that the system should reach its objectives even when unexpected events occur in an uncertain environment. There is need for a high-level information representation such that a predictable behavior can be achieved in a uniform way for all agents. A fuzzy automaton-...
